Randalls aim is to bring men and women to work together in unison within the industial industies, creating healthy, equal and respectful reletionships between each other.

RANDALL wants to normalise females within traditionally masculine enviroments by creating workwear for all but also creating a concept store replicating a working factory enviroment.
